| Lithuania – V1 and V2 mixed use office, retail and residential development in Vilnius
The two sites in Vilnius, the capital city of the Baltic State of Lithuania were acquired by an international investment and development group. V1 will provide high quality offices in a suburban location that will attract corporate occupiers requiring a first class environment without the overheads of a city centre location. V2 is a primarily residential building with a new neighbourhood shopping centre to serve the needs of resdidents in this rapidly expanding part of Vilnius.
Construction will commence in summer 2009 with the new space available in Autumn 2010. In many respects the development will be contra-cyclical and should benefit from being brought to the market at a time when few other developments will be completing.
