A review of the development potential of vacant sites within the Industrious investment portfolio led to the creation of a development strategy for this important gateway site on a main trunk road location outside Ipswich in East Anglia.

The site sits at the entrance to Industrious’s Martlesham Heath Business Park and the adjoining BT research and development facility, Adastral Park, which has become recognised as one of the leading centres of technical innovation in the communication world. Proposals for a new 180 bed hotel and restaurant facilities have been prepared to address the roadside location and high demand for hotel bedrooms.
