A review of the development potential of vacant sites within the Industrious investment portfolio led to the creation of a development strategy for this site lying in the heart of the business park.
An estate wide asset strategy for the 19ha business park situated alongside the A12 trunk road near Ipswich identified the potential to add a new bulky goods retail unit. Planning permission for a 3,573 sqm non food retail unit was obtained in 2008 and the development/disposal options are now under review.
