This ‘value' orientated centre acquired in 2003 by the current owners lies only a few miles from the Bluewater regional centre.

Working in partnership with the Local Authority a Development Brief for the site was prepared and has been adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document.  A detailed application for a comprehensive masterplan to add 25,000m2 of retail space to the centre will be submitted.  This will provide a variety of duplex retail units repositioning the centre and preventing leakage to other competing centres.

To assist regeneration within Chatham the development will include new residential units (private and affordable), leisure and car parking
