Working with a local property consultancy in China an audit and analysis of over 30 development sites highlighted the importance of this central Beijing site. A detailed development brief for the site and financial analysis was prepared on behalf of ECM Ltd who subsequently acquired the project.

A European team of advisers was put together and terms have been agreed for a joint venture company with the land owning company in Beijing for a 120,000m 2 mixed use retail, office and hotel development.

RETAILfuture assisted ECM in securing the project and is currently assisting in attracting European equity investors to the ultimate Luxembourg holding company.
